Get To Know Kelley
Kelley Cornish Slaughter is a diversity and inclusion executive, transformation leader, author, and speaker. In the corporate world, Kelley has served in leading roles for diversity and inclusion throughout her career, and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer for Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion for Wells Fargo. In May 2022, she was most recently recognized as the SHERO Woman of the Year by iHeartMedia Radio and as one of the 2019 Most Influential Women In Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.
In addition to her corporate role, Kelley Cornish Slaughter is the First Lady of Second Baptist Church where she faithfully serves with her husband, Senior Pastor, Dr. Douglas Slaughter. She has over 20 years of teaching, facilitation, speaking, and church leadership and serves as the Women’s Ministry Leader and founder of Women of Purpose with Kelley where she is focused on addressing the needs of women and children, social justice, and women’s philanthropy. Kelley and her husband reside in South Carolina, and they have five adult children.
